These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and StrategyLyft ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

You agree that by accessing our website and/or services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using our website and services and must discontinue use immediately.

Services

StrategyLyft provides digital strategy services for agencies, including but not limited to the Digital Clarity Program, Digital Optimization Partnership, and Strategic Digital Leadership services. Our services are subject to these Terms of Service and any additional terms specific to each service.

ROI Guarantee

StrategyLyft offers a Return on Investment (ROI) guarantee for certain services. The specific terms of this guarantee are outlined in your service agreement. To qualify for the ROI guarantee, clients must:

• Implement all recommended strategies and actions as outlined in the service deliverables.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the assessment and implementation phases.
• Maintain consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics as defined in the service agreement.
• Submit a claim for the guarantee within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of StrategyLyft or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our website and services for their intended purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service.

User Representations

By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not access our website or services through automated or non-human means.
• You will not use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of our website or services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Limitation of Liability
